Our mission  is to provide guidance on how to plan and execute an event with class & style.  In other words, Shanon's Bouquet will facilitate the ARTICULATION of your ideas; the DEVELOPMENT of your plan and the actual EXECUTION of your EVENT

    We realize and recognize that sometimes, a person or group may need the catalyst to get their own creativity flowing.  Shanon's Bouquet is the CATALYST to jump start any Event Planning situation.

Our Business

With the successful results of many events planned such as:

I was approached by friends, family, colleagues to provide advice and assistance with ideas to help make their events special. These Planned Events lead to the birth of SHANON's BOUQUET in 1998.

Who We Are

The owner, LaTonya R. Garrett has been in business for approximately nine(9) years, but has over 18 years of experience with EVENT PLANNING and WRITING Services.  She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Public Administration; is a Federal Contracting Professional; holds a professional certificate in Wedding Planning, is a Founding member of the Women Writers United organization and a member of several other writing organizations.  She is the author of
